By using this website, or applying for a RNZCT Grant, you consent to our use of your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy (as amended from time to time).
We only collect personal data you provide us (including, but not limited to, your name, contact details, grant application information).
Our practice is to keep your data no longer than necessary, however, limited data may be required to be kept for a specific period due to other laws or regulations, like tax records.
Application forms have some fields/questions that are marked as compulsory. You will not be able to submit your application until all compulsory questions are completed and there are no validation errors. If a question is not marked as compulsory, providing that information is optional, however, we may be unable to process your application as effectively.
When you provide personal information, it will be held by RNZCT. It may be stored or accessed on behalf of RNZCT by authorised third parties (such as third-party contractors) to the extent that is necessary, for example, for them to work on this website.
