GiveOUT Day is back!
8th of September at Phoenix Cabaret
What is GiveOUT Day?
GiveOUT Day is a national day of awareness raising and giving to LGBTTQIA+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, takatāpui, queer, intersex and asexual people, plus further identities) projects, community groups, and not-for-profit organisations.
Donations to LGBTTQIA+ organisations on GiveOUT Day are doubled by GiveOUT and our sponsors. GiveOUT Day works to increase the capacity of the LGBTTQIA+ sector and provides LGBTTQIA+ organisations with the opportunity to build awareness of their causes, raise funds for vital services, promote equal rights and provide much needed relief and resources for the community. The Rainbow New Zealand Charitable Trust has a long history of giving back to the LGBTTQIA+ community. Since its founding in 1999, the Trust has donated over $450,000 to fund a broad range of LGBTTQIA+ organisations, services, events, projects and initiatives.
The principal objective of the Trust is to actively fundraise and attract sponsorships, donations and bequests in order to maintain a fund available to build strength through diversity within the LGBTTQIA+ community in New Zealand.

Southern Cross has an ongoing commitment to be with our Rainbow Communities, and sponsoring GiveOUT day is one of our key ways we like to contribute to a more inclusive and healthier society.
We're very proud of our Rainbow Tick accreditation and demonstrating visibly, inside and outside, that we’re really committed to diversity and inclusion.
Diversity and inclusion is at the centre of who we are; it decides the way we think, who we employ and how we work. Our people work in diverse teams, making for a safe, inclusive and innovative environment.
ISS is the Trust’s newest corporate supporter and has quickly demonstrated their genuine commitment to the NZ rainbow community.
