She’s Back and She’s Wigl’it! Welcoming Anita as Our Returning Glambassador
Anita Wigl’it – one of Aotearoa New Zealand’s most beloved drag queens! With a career across screen and stage, Anita is constantly on the road bringing sharp comedy and outrageous joy to audiences across New Zealand and beyond.
Co-owner and resident emcee of Caluzzi Cabaret on Karangahape Road (Auckland), Anita has starred on ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race – Down Under’ S1 and ‘Canada vs the World’ S1 – and was the first ever contestant crowned Miss Congeniality twice. She’s hosted House of Drag, fronts the soon-to-be-released Winner Winner Chicken Dinner, and has appeared on NZ favourites including ‘Have You Been Paying Attention’, ‘Brain Busters’, and ‘The Bachelorette’, earning a 2021 NZ Television Personality of the Year nomination. On stage, she stars as Bernadette in ‘Priscilla – The Musical’ at Auckland’s Civic Theatre late 2025.
