Rainbow NZ Trust ally Mai Chen is at it again! Leading the way for diversity with the SuperDiverseWomen initiative and the new #MyIdentity campaign. Rainbow NZ Trust Board Member Cathy Parker has been working closely these organisations to raise awareness of transgender people and the LGBTQI+ community generally. Cathy featured as a guest speaker at the recent International Women’s Day event run in conjunction with Global Women and SuperDiverseWomen. SuperDiverseWomen is encouraging diverse women throughout New Zealand to be a part of the newly launched #myidentity campaign to ensure indigenous, ethnic, migrant, refugee and LGBTQI+ women can achieve success at the highest levels of corporate and business leadership. The #myidentity campaign launched on March 1, 2018 by the Governor-General of New Zealand, Rt Hon Dame Patsy Reddy, and celebrates the multiple identities we all have. See more here.
